Hidden Heroes is a global fungi campaign dedicated to helping everyone appreciate fungi and the important planetary service they provide. Mushrooms are easy to grow, do not use a lot of resources and come packed with vitamins and minerals. To help you get involved in our campaign, we have encouraged restaurants to take part in mycogastronomy in the month of October and to prepare some incredible mushroom inspired dishes for you.
