Junior Gym & Fitness Sessions

About

Junior gym sessions and junior fitness classes are designed for young people aged 11 to 17 who want to stay active in a safe and supportive space. Depending on the session chosen, you'll either be supported by your parent/guardian or a fully qualified fitness instructor.

A free junior induction is required before booking your first session. Sessions cost just £3.90 with a junior pay as you go casual membership.
