About

Opera Prelude presents OperaBites!

Join us for the warmest welcome into opera with these perfectly bite-sized, hour-long concerts each featuring uplifting opera and eye-opening commentary.

OperaBites is a series of recitals designed to open the door to opera like never before, presented by the terrific charity, Opera Prelude. Be moved by the music whilst learning about the art form with commentary between each piece. Each recital focuses on a different theme whilst also offering the opportunity to ask the artist questions afterwards. These are stand-alone events, so please know that you can come to one or as many as you like.

Opera Prelude is dedicated to supporting the most talented, professional artists right at the beginning of their careers. We offer everything from financial assistance to well-being support, career advice to fairly-paid opportunities to perform at landmark venues such as the Royal Hospital Chelsea and Pitzhanger Manor.
