Run in the surroundings of our Gardens; the only time you can in our world heritage site.

Runners can choose from three event distances:

  1. Richmond 10K (12 September 2026)
  2. Richmond half marathon (13 September 2026)
  3. Richmond full marathon (13 September 2026)

This event is run by Richmond RUN-FEST, please visit their website for more information.

 

Important information

  • The events are all inside Kew Gardens on flat roads and paths.
  • The half and full marathons finish in Richmond.
  • Runners receive a t-shirt and medal.
  • Runners have exclusive access to the Gardens before they open to the general public at 11am.
  • Entry includes 2 free adult tickets and 2 children's tickets into Kew Gardens (before 8.30am).
