Book your visit to The Poppy Factory, the Home of Remembrance, and discover our rich history and the important work we do today!

About

Join us for a hosted discovery afternoon as part of our centenary celebrations in Richmond. Our fully hosted discovery afternoons are perfect for individual guests and small groups. Hear the story of our unique community of veterans and families over 100 years, and the role they have played in building and maintaining the Remembrance tradition. You can get hands-on making poppies, enjoy delicious cakes and hot drinks and browse unique gifts. Today, our charity helps hundreds of members of the Armed Forces community on the path to employment across England and Wales. Funds raised through our visitor centre go towards our employment support, helping veterans and families to become healthier, more independent, more resilient and better connected. Tickets cost £15 per person. Please book in advance using the link. If you would like to enjoy tea and cake during your visit, please select the "Order tea and cake" option when booking. Visiting with children: Children's groups must be accompanied by adults at a ratio of 1 adult to 6 children. The minimum age we can accommodate is 7 years old (Key Stage 2) Richmond History Tour – 10am start: Enhance your visit to The Poppy Factory with an optional guided history tour of Richmond, delivered in partnership with professional walking guide and local resident Karen Shuang Hu.
