A walk in Ham Lands and along the River. A flat walk with a mix of paved and grass surfaces.

Duration: 40-60 minutes

Suitable for people who have not walked much before, are looking to be more active or are returning from injury or illness and people who are looking to increase their activity level. There is a mix of paved and grass surfaces.

This walk crosses Ham Lands towards the river and go up or down stream before returning to the starting point, Tesco Express, Ashburnham Road. 

Dogs are not permitted to join health walks – with the exception of specialist assistance dogs

The reason for this policy is that not all people are comfortable around dogs and we wish all those participating to feel comfortable when joining our Health walks.
