Details
Mike has been a freelance photographer for the past 35 years and specialises in birds, flowers, mammals and other wildlife as well as landscapes. His talk and stunning photography takes the form of a tour he co-led to New Zealand. It will include coastal locations and islands for seabirds including albatrosses, as well as forests and glaciers and the lower slopes of Mount Cooke. Many endemic species have come close to extinction due to introduced predators which the New Zealand government is working hard to eradicate. Many of these rarities will be mentioned in Mike's talk alongside his beautiful images.
