With Alexander Technique specialist Giorgia Pontet. Journal Writing is one of the best things you can do to improve your memory, clarify your thinking, increase your creativity, and just become a more all-around awesome person! Our aim is to discharge tension and stress through our writing, aiming at taking time to write a few lines every day, muting our internal critic and busy mind. Learning to use one of our senses as a trigger, imagining conversations with people, making lists of likes and dislikes, and relearning how to use our hands in handwriting with pen and paper, are some of the approaches to be explored.
