About

Local charity Arts Richmond will again coordinate Richmond borough's free Art House Open Studios Festival, over two weekends this June.

The Art House festival is a chance for local artists, craftspeople and community groups to open their homes, studios and group venues to showcase their talents to members of the public.

Individual artists, artist groups and local arts organisations will be displaying a fantastic range of artworks for two consecutive weekends: Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th, plus Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd June. Venues will be open 11am - 5pm each day.

Cllr John Coombs, Arts Richmond spokesperson, says: "We're delighted to be able to bring this festival to life across the borough for another year. It is beneficial for both residents of the borough as well as visitors who can explore what Richmond has to offer; it's an inclusive event for the whole community, and you can discover a wealth of creativity on your doorstep."

Arts Richmond is an independent charity supporting the arts and culture across Richmond, and is connected with over 100 locally affiliated societies and organisations.

Full details of all venues participating in the festival, plus special events and demonstrations taking place across the borough throughout, will be available by early May. Visit https://artsrichmond.org.uk/art-house-open-studios for more information, plus pick up your free brochure and map from any Richmond library.
