About
Autumn is a beautiful season to drop and rest into, with it's changing colours, conkers, cooler evenings, fresher mornings as we drop into a new rhythm. We love this period, but know that others find it challenging. Hence we are offering weekly Soulwalks to gather, share life experiences during these beautiful (sometimes wet and windy of course) days.
Open-minded heart centred wellbeing walk designed to connect you to your inner nature.
Soulwalks are designed and structured to facilitates a more therapeutic and restorative experience whilst walking. In the process creating healthier and happier people and planet.
Soulwalking super-charges the naturally holistic benefits of walking by integrating simple embodied practices of slower mindful movement, breath, contemplation and honest expression, that gently yet profoundly guides one into a deeper more nourishing relationship with oneself, others and nature.

About Soulwalks
Soulwalks are very much about the awareness and presence of the person(s) leading the Soulwalk in creating and holding a space and atmosphere that is safe, welcoming and therapeutic.
It’s a type of moving “Sangha” (buddhist term for group support), it’s a sharing circle by nature, but not always in structure. In other words there is no professional therapy or advice given, but rather just a responsibly guided social support group where matters of the mind, heart & soul can be safely shared and explored.
Soulwalks are limited to 16 people so as to make sure everyone feels seen, heard and held. We walk for approximately 3-5 kms at a gentle pace for all. Stopping every now and then to practice some simple and gentle breathwork, mindfulness, meditation and story-telling.
Soulwalk aims are to facilitate:*
-
Better understanding and compassion of ourselves and each other.
-
Improved mental, physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
-
Deeper connection, appreciation and conservation of our natural world.
It is imperative that anyone wishing to partake in a Soulwalk resonates, agrees and follows the fundamental principles and values below:
Soulwalk Values:
-
Everyone is WELCOME
-
Act local, think global
-
Be honest and speak only from personal experience
-
Be kind and compassionate to self and others
-
Be empowered and empower others
-
No Soulwalker is left behind
-
Be YOU and be PRESENT
