Mouth Cancer Foundation 5 KM & 10 KM Awareness Walks 2026

About

WALK. RAISE AWARENESS. SUPPORT. SAVE LIVES!

FIGHT MOUTH CANCER and join in the Mouth Cancer Foundation Awareness Walks 2026, which take place at 12:00 noon on Saturday 05 September in Old Deer Park, Richmond Upon Thames.

There is something for all the family. So, whether you take on the 10 KM challenge or enjoy the family-friendly 5KM walk, every single step helps raise awareness of head and neck cancers and supports those affected.

Along the route, enjoy enthusiastic cheering to keep you motived as you march through the Ks and entertainment for all the family including a treasure hunt with prizes, face painting and our mascot Duke to keep the children entertained.

Finish and celebrate together! Enjoy catching up with friends, a celebration ice cream, coffee or picnic and take home a medal, T shirt and goodie bag full of surprises.

Every step taken helps us raise vital funds to increase our patient support and raise awareness to combat mouth cancer.

Sign up today! Register at https://register.mouthcancerwalk.org/ to take part in the 5KM or 10KM Mouth Cancer Foundation Awareness Walks. Walk with us to help save and improve lives.
