About

Discover the magic of the mighty oak tree in this interactive and playful experience.

This summer, a playful and anarchic group of forest guardians, the Oak-Keepers, have arrived in Kew Gardens. They're on a mission: to protect the oak trees and the many creatures that call them home. But they need your help!

At Oaklore, kids and adults alike will become Oaktivists, vital protectors of the oak, through a fun, hands-on journey that blends storytelling, adventure, creativity, and environmental action.

BSL interpreted performances of Oaklore take place on Tuesday 26th August at 10.30, 12.30 and 14.30pm.

Quiet Sessions operating unamplified and at a reduced capacity will take place on Wednesday 27th August 3.30-5pm
Kew's Children's Garden will also host a quiet session from 4pm-6pm on this day.

The experience takes approximately one hour and is included in the general admission ticket to Kew Gardens
