About

At our monthly Growing for Wellbeing Sessions, we invite you to improve your wellbeing by taking part in gardening activities, whilst connecting with others from the local community and learning new skills in a safe and welcoming environment. Activities will include sowing seeds, planting seedlings, pruning and caring for plants, weeding and watering. We welcome people of all ages and abilities, whether you are a keen gardener or would like to try something new. All activities will take place at a pace that suits you.

Sessions run at our polytunnel at Vine Road Park every 1st Wednesday of the month from 2 to 3:30pm (see exceptions on the calendar).
